We are sure you have plenty of questions about how our process works. Luckily, we have a simple and informative step by step guide below to show you how easy everything really is. Like we said, we work for you and your brand. You manufacture or brand a cool product that you want to sell and create your business in any market place you desire. You can sell through your own website on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc. or you can even sell directly to retailers. Whatever and wherever you sell we will take care of all your fulfillment and storing needs.

Step 2

Once you are ready to send your products to our warehouse to begin your fulfillment journey, our experts will help direct you and will provide you discounted shipping rate to ensure you have the most cost effective start to your experience.

Step 3

Integrate your market place into ShipJeannie

Through our system you will choose the market place(s) you sell your amazing products on and login to successfully integrate your accounts to our software. It is a very simple process that will take you no time to complete.

Step 4

Receive and Store

Receive and Store

We will receive your products and being to update your inventory and information in your ShipJeannie account. We will make sure everything arrived safely and in order, then we will transfer them to your designated location in our warehouse where your products will be stored until they sell. At ShipJeannie we want you to feel confident and secure in your decision to choose us so we make sure to provide photos of receiving and storing processes for you to see in your ShipJeannie account.

Step 5

Here come the orders

Here come the orders

Now for everyone’s favorite part, orders start coming in. You will have live access to whenever an order is placed for one or more of your products. You will be able to see all the accurate and validated information regarding the order, in your ShipJeannie account, as soon as we confirm everything is correct and if our system picks up an error anywhere in this process you will be notified with an action that will need to be done.

Pick and Pack and Ship

Pick and Pack and Ship

Once the order is completely validated, it will show up in the puller’s to-do list for that day. They will go to the location of the product that was sold on your account and they will scan it to indicate they have the right item and to keep an updated status for you to see. Then all the orders pulled that need to go out that day will be delivered to packer who will as well scan the item to update the status and pack the order to high quality standards. When we initially set up your ShipJeannie account we will go over how you want your product to be displayed to your customers. If you want to use custom boxes or any special shipping supplies, please mention to our ShipJeannie expert when initially setting up your account. During this meeting with our friendly expert you will also let us know your shipping preferences and we can show you the discounts we have for each shipping carrier. Then when shipping label is printed for your order we will send an email or your customer with tracking information.

Your customer has received their order in a timely fashion and they are happy with your products. We want all the credit to go to your company, we do not include any information saying it came from ShipJeannie. We take pride in your brand’s success.

Step 8

The inevitable… Returns.

The inevitable… Returns.

Unfortunately the fulfillment process comes with its returns, but we make it as positive for you as possible. You get the exact same up to date status information as you did when we initially shipped your order. Once we get the return back in our facility, we will send you pictures to see what you want to do with your product. Also, when setting up your account we will have a few questions for dealing with returns so that when we do get them, we already have an idea what you would like us to do with them but we will always confirm with you.
